Need Help?

If you need help accessing or navigating the behavioral health service and support system for yourself, your child, a family member, or someone you know, please contact our Behavioral Health Navigators.

With funding from the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS), the Mental Health Association in Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers’ Association (PMHCA) support two part-time Behavioral Health Navigators, who assist individuals (youth, adults and older adults), families, friends, and professionals seeking information and/or guidance about a variety of issues and needs that are encountered when looking for or using mental and/or substance abuse services and supports.

When you contact the Navigators, you can remain anonymous or share your name. Please be sure to leave contact information so they can respond to you.
