H1N1 Vaccines offered by DOH

November 18, 2009

The Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) issued a press release (see below) on 11/13/09 regarding the DOH-sponsored public health clinics that will be open November 20-22 to administer the H1N1 vaccines free of charge to individuals in the priority groups. The press release states that individuals in the recommended priority groups must schedule an appointment time, day, and location prior to the clinic in order to receive the H1N1 vaccine. This will help ensure that the correct type and amount of vaccine is available at each location. Individuals in the priority groups can schedule an appointment using the 1-877-PA-HEALTH telephone number or through the www.h1n1inpa.com website.

The press release includes the definition of the priority groups, specific instructions for individuals to schedule their appointment and the specific locations and times for the clinics this weekend.
