Mental Health Association of Lebanon County seeks Executive Director
October 7, 2009
Position requires:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of related experience in the mental health field;
- Ability to write, speak and advocate on topics of mental health, wellness and prevention, mental illness and the mental health system;
- Ability to develop, lead and work with a volunteer Board of Directors;
- Strong experience with grant writing, development and fund-raising
- Experience with management of a non-profit agency; familiarity with United Way policies and procedures a plus;
- Good computer and budgetary skills;
- Knowledge of community resources, human services in general and mental health services in particular;
Starting date: January 2, 2010 | Flexible hours and scheduling. Salary and benefits commensurate with skills and experience.
